ATM broke down mid transaction. Ate my card. And my card doesn’t work anymore online either?

That atm ate my card mid transaction it broke literally down. It restarted like 15min later but did not have the card out. I tried to order some food from foodpanda later my card was declined. They woman from the ATM hotline told me it will take 3 days to get my card back. Wtf and why can’t I do online stuff either? Sounds so off. What can I do or what’s even happening
