NAKHON RATCHASIMA: A technical college in Bua Yai district has suspended on-site learning until Feb 9 after 19 students were diagnosed with Covid-19, raising the number of educational places with cluster infections to seven.
Buayai Technical College announced the temporary closure for deep cleaning and disinfection. During this period, the college would switch to online learning. Teachers and college staff were told to work from home.
ATK tests were conducted on teachers, staff and students on Saturday. No new infections were detected.
Currently, new Covid-19 clusters were reported in seven schools in the northeastern province.
