Ambassador of Thailand presides over the opening ceremony of 2023 Minnesota Songkran Festival and visits the State of Minnesota
On 27 May 2023, Ambassador Tanee Sangrat joined prominent members of both public and private sectors of Minnesota in presiding over the opening ceremony of 2023 Minnesota Songkran Festival at St. Paul, Minnesota, upon the invitation of Ms. Korawan Muangmode, Executive Director of Minnesota Thai Cultural Council, and Mr. Dee Noree, President of Wat Promwachirayan.
The Ambassador extended his felicitation on the successful organization of this event, which was considered to be one of the biggest Songkran festivals hosted in the U.S. He also joined in celebrating the 190th anniversary of Thai-U.S. diplomatic relations….
