Yearly photocopies and immigration

I realize these guys will not easily find or want to find ways to streamline the process like scanning documents we offer and attach these to our name so we don’t have to resubmit the same documents a million times annually and sign every bloody pages a million times and i realize there are people who might be agreeable to do it (or even more like doing jumping jacks), but what will it take for them to move to the 20th century, never mind the 21st? Maybe we can send a letter or an email to the new PM and ask him to move forward. Cynics will say it won’t work. Doing nothing won’t work. If they don’t know, they cannot change. One immigration officer pointed out once to me that everyone who is waiting is quite happy. Maybe that is the mindset. They think we are enjoying this. Tbf, I like the new facilities, which have improved substantially. This is probably a Bangkok/political issue.
