Why isn’t Burmese and Cambodian food as popular in Thailand?

In Britain, Indian food is popular there because there are many Indian immigrants.

However, in Thailand, Burmese and Cambodian food aren’t as popular even though there are many immigrants. I have never eaten a Burmese or Cambodian dish before (even though I have been to Cambodia once).

Why is this the case? Why isn’t Burmese and Cambodian food as popular despite a large diaspora?

Japan and South Korea have a small diaspora in Thailand but there are so many Japanese and Korean restaurants in Thailand.

Vietnam had a diaspora not exceeding 10,000 which were Nguyen Dynasty refugees fleeing the Tay Son. However, spring rolls and ก๋วยเตี๋ยวญวน are popular foods in Thailand.

Why is it that Burmese and Cambodian food aren’t that popular in Thailand?
