Alright this is personal so feel free to ignore. No hard feelings!
So Grab disabled my account for ‘abnormal’ behavior. Upon investigation with the customer service on twitter turns out their system detected that I have multiple accounts (I don’t!).
When explaining to the CS that I don’t have multiple accounts and that I can’t even log in via my phone number as grab tells me to create a new account when trying that she said ‘we track the device and you have 83 accounts – we suggest you get a new device and a new number’ – EXCUSE ME? WTH.
This CLEARLY is a system error…83 customer and 2 driver accounts on a device (btw, a NEW device from Apple)…and yet #Grab isn’t doing anything and tells me to buy a new phone and get a new number? I wonder if FoodPanda and Bolt are treating their respective customers the same?
