I’m fed up with this shift to application banking.
It’s totally unsecured, contrarily to what they say.
At any time, you have basically all your money with you, so if you get mugged, difficult to get away with what you have as cash.
Someone finds your phone? luckily they need an OTP to approve the transactions… But what… The OTP is sent on the same phone as your app?
I’m not even considering the case where you change phone, loose phone etc…
Today, the KBank app is overloaded, it doesn’t even open tonight.
SCB completely shut down scbEasy website, and moved to app only. KBank changed the OTP system to confirmation in app, which as said above, is very often overloaded.
I want to go back to web+OTP. Which bank still does that?
