Where to go for a sunny vacation in june?

So I have done a lot of research and looked at yearly statistics about where its mostly sunny and not too cloudy and rainy etc.

Would Hua Hin and Koh Samui be good destinations for the whole month of june? Are Phuket/Krabi be out of the question?
What do You experienced people recommend?
