Where to buy a WiFi router?

Just moved into my condo and I’ve no wifi. I’m completely new to this so I was just wondering where I could get a router (not looking for pocket WiFi but if that’s my only option, i’ll take it), how much would it cost, etc etc. Also I don’t have a bank account yet so I can’t just buy a router online…
