Where can I go to have substantive theological discussion with a Buddhist monk in English?

To be clear, I am not a missionary, or even religious at all, I”m not trying to convert anyone or get into a debate, and I’m not trying to learn per se, though I imagine I would learn something, but I am ultimately interested in the axiom that life is suffering, basically the universe is bad, and all we can do is either escape it or become magnanimous or equanimous about it. I wouldn’t even necessarily challenge these things, though I guess if it’s to be an actual discussion instead of just a one way thing where I absorb the message, but I would at least like to hear their take on what if suffering and pain are portal, the way out is through.
