What is this leaf/ingredient in the foods I ate in Bangkok?

What is the name of the leaf part that I sometimes find in my soup, tom yum fried rice, and sometimes on the dipping sauce too.

It doesn’t suit my taste, but my brother likes it very much. Weird. It’s like herby taste, makes me make weird face when I ate it.

I will be coming back to Bangkok next year and I wanted to know it’s name so I can ask the restaurant not to put it in my food. Also so I can tell my brother what’s that ingredient cause he said he likes it.

Tried to search it in google but I can’t even find the picture of it.

UPDATE: Cilantro. Finally found the answer in the comments. Sometimes it is just leaves in the dish, but in the tom yum I tried there are stems that tastes the same. Something to do with DNA Stuff they said, but my half brother really liked that. TYYY!
