Long story short, we’re renting from the same guy since 3 years.
He owns a little piece of land right next to our house and we wanted to rent it off him to store my Project cars since approx 2 years but he always declined as he planned to build another house there.
Laying Foundation time came and i talked to him again, if he could build me a simple shed there and i’ll rent it from him. Nothing fancy.
We’re renting our little house off him and even though the overall rent in the area increased to around double since we started to rent, he never raised our rent.
He finally agreed and we told him basically “to just put a roof on it, some lights and thats it.”
He went completely over the top and i love it.
Gonna be all done in a few days!
