Wander around the city for the 10th anniversary of Galleries’ Nights

Walking through Bangkok is always a joy, but even more so when there are marvelous art installations set up throughout. 

That’s right, the Embassy of France is hosting the annual Galleries’ Nights this weekend. That means all you art enthusiasts can wander around and marvel at artworks in the form of photography, paintings, sculptings, drawings, performances and even artist talks and DJ sets by over 200 artists representing more than 80 galleries.

This year marks the event’s 10th anniversary, and there’s plenty to explore across the two days of the festival. For tomorrow, art will be displayed across Silom, Sathorn and along Bangkok’s riverside. On Saturday, art lovers will trek through the Ari, Pathumwan and Sukhumvit areas.

To help make the exploration more bearable, the embassy will provide electric tuk-tuks around the sites. However, BTS and taxis…
