Hi, I’m going to Thailand to do an internship and require a Non-Immigrant ED Visa. The internship is 180 days but the visa itself has a duration of 90 days (and once I arrive in Thailand I’m allowed to extend by another 90 days).
So when I go to the consulate next week to apply for the visa, do I put on the application form that my length of stay in Thailand is 90 days or 180 days?
Also, the visa is only single-entry, but I’d need to make that multiple entry as I’ll need to make a few trips back to my country of residence (Japan) during the six months. Is that easy enough to do once in Thailand?
