Hello, I’m visiting from the United States and I’m a lifelong collector of vintage clothing. I’ve been checking out some of the vintage stores in Bangkok and I’m finding that they have very little womenswear, mostly just men’s clothing.
I found the same thing to be the case in Korea and it was explained to me that the Korean fashion culture just didn’t have a market for vintage womenswear outside of a few niche designer pieces (Burberry plaid and Lacoste sweaters).
I’m wondering if it’s the same situation here in Thailand, or am I just missing out on the right spots for vintage women’s clothing. Any perspective or advice would be appreciated. 😊
