US-ASEAN Business Council and U.S. Chamber of Commerce Commend President Biden for Inviting ASEAN Leaders to Special Summit in the United States

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The US-ASEAN Business Council and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce offer their strong support for the upcoming U.S.-ASEAN Special Summit in Washington, DC from May 12-13, 2022.

“The Biden-Harris administration continues to demonstrate its commitment to our ASEAN friends and partners, even while managing a crisis in Eastern Europe,” said US-ASEAN Business Council President & CEO, Ambassador Ted Osius. “In its first year, this administration has shown up and done yeoman’s work in beginning to reinvigorate U.S. relations with Southeast Asia.
