U.S. FEDVIP Dental Program for Retirees

When I retired, not giving it much research, I signed up for United Concordia. That was a mistake as its claim process for overseas dental insurance is, to put mildly, out of date. I can’t continue with this company.

Has anyone here had any good claim experiences, either through a Thai provider or an insurance app, with any of the other FEDVIP insurance companies? I’m mostly concerned with a simplified, internet based claims process. If I can’t have that, I may consider just getting rid of dental insurance.

Thanks in advance.

FEDVIP Dental Companies: Aetna, Blue Cross-Blue Shield, GEHA, METLIFE, United Concordia, United Healthcare.
