Hi all just want some advice because info online on government sites is unclear on where I would stand
I’m a U.K. National, so I am aware I can be in Thailand 30 days visa free.
I want to fly into BKK, spend some time around Thailand, easily less than 30 days, then heading into Laos and Vietnam, eventually getting back to BKK for return flight.
Total days in Thailand will be less then 30 days, but with likely 2 entries.
Is this permitted?
Is it true proof of funds / onward travel/return ticket is required?
If above true, would it seem sketchy to a border guard if the return flight was 40/50 days after entry, or would a ticket from Vietnam back into BKK be seen as intention for onward travel.
