Hi!Just received my tourist visa. My first name had a typo of couple of missing letters. The embassy decided to fix it with hand writing, next to each correction they have signed and stamped (even the stamp seems a bit faded smh)
After spending almost an hour talking back and forth with employees, they insist that they cannot fix this mistake with a new sticker, and that it’s not the first case and it will be fine at the ~~border~~ airport checkpoint. I am very worried especially since I will not be flying to Thailand from my country of residence.
Has anyone got in a similar situation? Should I escalate the matter with the embassy? All other information on the visa sticker is correct.
