Travelling to Karon in August and looking for a bit of advice. We’re staying bed and breakfast. Looking for advice on:
– Daily budget for a couple for food and drink. I drink beer generally, wife will be on cocktails.
– cash -vs- bank card -vs- pre-pay travel card? Not sure if it’s a mainly cash economy or if everywhere takes card.
– tipping – what does reasonable tipping look like in Karon? Don’t like tipping minimum… Like to tip well for good service but don’t want to be splashing it around like Leo in Wolf of Wall street
