There are more than 60 restaurants and countless cuisines to eat your way through, and you might be wondering where to start. Ash Kickers Briskets & Bourbon

You won’t find any gas or charcoal — only traditional wood smoke — at this authentic American smokehouse in Ekkamai. Sauce is a no-no, too, making this barbecue for purists. Everything—from the ketchup to the cornbread — is homemade, too. The 16-hour-smoked beef brisket crowns the menu, but expect other specialties like beef short ribs, Hawaiian kalua pork and smoked wings. There’s even a vegan platter.
