The Football Association of Thailand (FAT) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the United Arab Emirates Football Association (UAEFA) for future cooperation between the two countries.
The MoU was signed yesterday by FAT chief Pol Gen Somyot Poompunmuang and UAEFA president Sheikh Rashid Humaid Al Nuaimi during a video conference.
The signing of the agreement will kick off a new era of cooperation between Thailand and the UAE, ensuring the participation of their national squads in different friendly competitions organised by the two national football governing bodies.
It would also pave the way for the two countries to have joint training camps for their national senior, youth and women’s squads and exchange knowhow in many fields including sports…
