The satellite ‘THEOS-2’ is a survey satellite. It has the ability to take photos and produce very detailed color images at a level of 50 cm. It can take photos and send data back to the ground station at least. 74,000 sq.km./day
It is considered to be Thailand’s first very high-profile satellite. with a service period of 10 years (until 2033)
