Veeranuch Thammavaranucupt, a former senior partner of Thailand’s Weerawong C&P and head of its capital markets and corporate governance practices, has left to establish a new firm in Bangkok called TTT & Partners.
With experience in capital markets and M&A, Veeranuch has a track record in both domestic and cross-border transactions. These include Asset World’s $1.6 billion IPO, Jasmine International Internet Infrastructure Fund’s $1.7 billion IPO, and the $771 million restructuring of PTT’s petrochemical, propane and bioplastic businesses.
Veeranuch joined Weerawong in 2015 from Thai telecom major DTAC, where she was general counsel. Prior to that, she was a partner at Linklaters, and a member of the Takeover Panel of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand.
