Sorry, I already know this will sound dumb. I’ve lurked here for awhile and always found an answer on here or r/Bangkok.
So, I’ve lived here for a few months and really love it, but I’m going home (the US) for a bit just to visit family and all. I reached out to my close friends and family about whether or not they might want some souvenirs. I managed to find something for everyone except one person, who asked me if it would be possible to get “Thai-themed” playing cards, e.g. the kind of standard deck you play poker with. Originally I thought this might be easy but I can’t find anything like this anywhere.
Apparently he collects these from different countries (he’s got one for Mexico, Canada, Greece, etc.). I thought for sure I would be able to find something, even something cheesy like just something with elephants all over it or whatever, and no luck. Fruitless?
Edit: I’m in Bangkok for whatever that’s worth, in case that wasn’t clear.
