BANGKOK — Bangkok-based game developer Opendream is creating games to raise awareness of social issues, helping children think about such sensitive issues as sex and political corruption — topics that are seldom openly discussed in the conservative Southeast Asian nation.
A gamed titled Corrupt, designed to help players develop a deeper understanding of various issues surrounding corruption, begins with a message telling them they will face many “important choices” as they play.
