Question for Thai Elite Visa members:
1. I’m going to purchase one soon and I’m not clear on when the clock starts ticking on your time? I watched a video in Youtube where the guy said it starts when you get the stamp in your passport at the airport when you arrive. Then I sent an email to the official website and they stated “As Elite is a membership program, when you obtain your member ID number, your membership started”.
2. I also saw conflicting Youtube videos on how soon you can upgrade. I’m planning on buying the 5-year and possibly upgrading to the 20 later. On one video I saw it says you have a year to upgrade and on another it said you can wait until a couple of months before the 5-year one expires.
