Hi, I’m very well aware that the Privelivege Entry Visa doesn’t give me the ability to work in Thailand. However, I just got my local stock account opened (Bangkok Bank) and I’ll invest 2-3m THB to start. My investments pay dividends which means my account will be taxed according to Thai capital gains tax & dividends laws. I’m totally fine with that, but I don’t want to create any immigration issues i.e. being flagged as a “tax payer”.
