Thai Death Certificate Final Steps – Working with Thai Embassy in USA Washington DC

I have finally gotten all the paperwork necessary for the Thai Government to issue a Thai Death Certificate for my late wife. The process is not difficult or expensive, it just takes time.

The embassy wants more documents and I think I have them all, however, I am a bit perplexed regarding one thing they are requesting.

I don’t understand what “Notary public for signature”. Does this just mean that all the documents I submit need to be notorized?

Please upload additional documents

1. Notary public for signature
2. Thai identification documents of the deceased include:

Thai passport

Thai ID card or house registration

3. Identification document of the applicant (you can use a certified copy from a Notary Public
officer instead if you do not wish to submit the original document) including:

passport

Driving license

Any ihelp would be appreciated
