National Park charging 200thb regardless of being married

I went to 3 national parks recently the one in erawan let me pay the Thai price, however Koh Chang and Koh samet charged me the foreigner price and kept saying that any foreigner without the blue(!) Thai ID card gets charged foreigner price. Regardless of work permit, student marriage.

I insisted that i got charged the Thai price previously since I’m married however they insist in “this” national park it’s full price. No blue Thai ID, no Thai price.

My next attempt will be getting the pink ID card and see if i get charged Thai prices that way.

What’s your thoughts on this? Have things changed recently?
