The times have changed, but pristine beaches and century-old business districts remain a testament to the prosperous maritime trade routes in southern Thailand that border Peninsular Malaysia. From Saturday until Aug 20, three coastal towns of Songkhla, Narathiwat and Pattani will be transformed into an imaginative hub for Pakk Taii Design Week 2023, a gathering place for creatives from various industries.
In order to strengthen cultural assets, boost the local economy, and improve people’s quality of life, the Creative Economy Agency, the province of Songkhla, the Tourism Authority of Thailand and southern innovators are working together to awaken vitality and provide an open space for talented individuals in 14 southern provinces to showcase their works.
