The Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok welcomes the arrival of summer with the traditional khao chae or chilled rice in jasmine-scented water served with condiments, available at The Mandarin Oriental Shops at all four locations and at the hotel. Savour chef Pom Phatchara’s khao chae, which is a labour of love, passed down from her grandmother.
