So staff at my condo is amazing. I want to give them some meaningful gifts for songkran, but have a few questions:
1. Is it ok to give tomorrow or Monday (seems most staff is not in today)
2. if I’m not too concerned about the money, but don’t want to be perceived as an easy target for being grifted or something, what would be the ideal budget per member of staff?
3. I was thinking some fruit / snack baskets. Is that fine or any other gift would be more preferable?
Edit: thanks for the advice all. I’m going to go with cash first, if definitely not possible, maybe a fruit + snack basket. I can budget 300 per person, should be ok I think
