To demonstrate its dedication to enhancing the SEA communities, C Asean recently hosted the Asean Matariki Night 2023 to emphasise the cultural connections between the Maori and Thai Song Dam ethnic groups, which can serve as a foundation for increased economic, social and cultural collaboration and eventually contribute to the growth of the ethnic communities.
As part of the Common Culture Heritage “Maori & Thai Song Dam” project, it’s collective efforts between the New Zealand Embassy, the New Zealand Asean Business Alliance and the Southeast Asia Centre of Asia-Pacific Excellence to foster sustainable learning through creative exchange.
