Shades of Truffle II at Enoteca Bangkok –

Following the first year of its success, the Shades of Truffle returns for a second year at Enoteca Bangkok. Enoteca head chef Stefano Borra of Turin, Italy, is a specialist in handling truffles to create incredible flavour combinations. Chef Stefano has created an original menu, based on traditional recipes using fresh truffles picked from the wild forest of Ovada-Acqui Terme region by Enoteca’s private truffle hunter. 

Enoteca Bangkok will provide guests with Alba certified truffles from Piedmont into their recipes and will not be using any truffle oil or paste for this series, only top of the range, fresh truffles liberally shaved on top of the plate!
