Your experiences with real estate investments on Samui or in Hua Hin:
I am thinking of investing in a property on Samui or in Hua Hin. It should be a rental investment (short or long term does not matter).
Of course, according to the estate agent and seller, this is absolutely no problem. My only question is: Is the market really that good? I see an incredible number of offers for sale of old and new properties on the Internet, there is a lot of construction going on on Samui and in Hua Hin and there are many rental offers.
Who can tell me from their own experience what the market on Samui or in Hua Hin is REALLY like? Good or bad for an investment?
