Samoeng loop?

Hey Guys,

New to Chiang Mai, from the US, working remotely will be here for at least a couple of months. Don’t know anyone here, would love to connect.

Got a sweet scooter for a month. Thinking about doing the samoeng loop for a day this Friday or the weekend. Anyone wants to join for a day trip? Also any suggestions for the trip, what to do, what to see, what to take and so on.

Also thinking about possibly riding the scooter either to Pai or Chiang Rai one of these days. Anyone done that route? is it even possible? Looks pretty serious.
