I’ll cross post to r/thailandtourism but the most knowledgeable Bangkok info is here. Though I’ve lived in Bangkok 20+ years, I don’t know the riverside hotel landscape at all. Some cousins will be visiting in July and have asked for a recommendation for a river view hotel, not 5 star Shangra-La, Oriental tier but upper to mid range stylish & nice with river views. TIA
