Request: running friendly spots out on the North/ Eastern side of the city?

I live out near the Fashion Island side of Bangkok, next to the RamIntra road and Highway 9. My little estate has a decent-ish running area, but the surrounding areas are not pedestrian/ runner friendly. I am getting bored of running here though, and could do with some fresher scenery for additional motivation.

Has anyone got any recommendations for good running spots? I don’t mind driving (scooter) to run somewhere if it is decent enough. I remember hearing about a cycling track near Suvarnabhumi Airport, but can’t remember the specifics to find it on Google Maps.

I’m looking forward to some good suggestions.
