Recommended pronoun usage in professional relationships (as gender-nonconforming Thai speaker)

Hello r/Thailand! I am looking for some advice regarding the correct usage of pronouns in professional/business conversations. For context, I’m AMAB and dress very androgynous at work. I grew up in Thailand and went to the US for college, and now I’m traveling back to visit our manufacturing partners (as the technical management representative of a multinational company).

So I plan to use “chan” for first person, but is it appropriate to use “rao” for first person plural? I recall it was pretty informal from what I remember from high school.

Also, is “dichan” appropriate in a business setting when I (the client) outrank the people I’m talking to?

Thanks in advance! Looking forward to being back!
