Recommendation for general doctor that can write me a script for sleep meds

Hello, wondering if anyone on this sub can recommend a general family doctor to pop in and see to get some sleep meds? Diazepam or Zolpidem (Ambien). I just need a few tablets to help me with my 49 hour tough journey home. I’ve been in Thailand for 7 weeks and it’s time to head home, but this trip will be so hard without something to help. Any advice? (cool replies only please!)
