Reasonable priced Botox in the city with good injectors? Also happily take input on botox brands and their efficacy

I am baffled how much the prices of US Allergan botox vary not just across Asia but also in Bangkok. In Jakarta I would pay $230 for 50 units with great injectors. It seems in Bangkok and Saigon its somewhat twice if you don’t want to get scammed. Have not found my go-to place in Bangkok yet that maximizes against value. Actually had a somewhat bad experience at Metro Bangkok Clinic, pushy trying to upsell, what felt for injection technique, and overall poor, short lasting, outcome.

With that am here again to look for recommendations. Usually use 45units of US allergan every 4 months. Open to thoughts about the brand and swapping it to something cheaper but primarily references on places to go to and not get scammed/ripped off/work with amateurs.
