You can call the upcoming NFL draft “Quarterback Chaos”.
With so many ballclubs hunting for a new signal caller, as many as five QBs could be chosen consecutively with the first five picks.
Problem is, beyond the top choice — Clemson’s Trevor Lawrence expected to be plucked by the Jacksonville Jaguars — no one is quite sure of the order in which the other four will be selected.
That quartet of QBs are Zach Wilson out of BYU, Alabama’s Mac Jones, Justin Fields who toiled for Ohio State and North Dakota State’s Trey Lance.
Each has his strengths but also displayed a few relatively minor faults at the collegiate level that could influence the thinking of the teams currently selecting in the two through five slots in the picking…
