Hi, I had a contract for 10 months but I am leaving at 8 months (also at 10 days (approx) notice).
Now she is not ready to refund the security deposit. I have thoroughly read contract and it says nowhere that she can cut in case of early contract ending. It even says that the amount will be refunded as long as there is no damage.
I am doubtful she will return the amount. Can I contact any authority about this? Should I contact police? The advice should also consider that the I cannot speak thai and I am international student here.
