I have updated my phone, updated all the apps, deleted KTB Next, redownloaded it, but still has an error every time I do the face scan
It initially works, goes green and flashes different coloured lights, then asks to blink my eyes or open my mouth or turn my head to the left, and this is when a pop up appears saying it cannot connect to the service, please try again later. I’ve been trying for a week.
Emailed support but haven’t heard back, before having to go to the bank I thought someone could have a solution for me here.
I make sure that I’m not connected to wifi and that my vpn is turned off, my signal is 4G full bars with unlimited internet.
