Pandora Thailand distributor plans to expand food, and beverage sections

Tanachira Retail Corporation, the distributor of Pandora Thailand, plans to buy a number of health-lifestyle food and beverage operators, according to Bangkok Post. 

Tanapong Chirapanidchakul, Tanachira’s CEO, says the group invested US$142,000 in the first Marimekko pop-up coffee in Bangkok’s Central Embassy Mall and plans to launch two more permanent coffee shops next year as it looks to strengthen its position in the F&B industry.

Tanachira is also eyeing opening a Marimekko store in Hanoi, Vietnam, this year, as well as a Cath Kidston cafe in Bangkok’s CentralWorld in December. 

Despite being affected by the pandemic, Tanachira expects its business to increase sales by 40 per cent this year with five new stores in planning, including three more Pandora shops.
