Oh! Rich (formerly Superrich Thailand) now charges extra for clean bills

Just went to my local Superrich in preparation for a visa run and found out they have a new policy that they will give you slightly worn or stamped bills unless you explicitly ask and are willing to pay for clean ones.

The bills I was given initially would work in most cases, but if you’re planning to use them in Cambodia, with Thai embassies or in other situations where people can be picky, they would definitely have been refused.

The price difference was only 15 baht for a total of over 14,000, so it’s insignificant. Do check carefully however or you can have a bad surprise once you’re abroad.
