Need some advice on how to deal with this.
I signed a year lease for a condo in Sukhumvit and first 2 months were great. Now some one new has moved in to the left and they keep slamming their front door \[and other doors within the house\]
It’s really disturbing my sleep as it seems to happen evening onwards, up until 2am.
I spoke to Juristic office for the condo and they said that they have messaged the tenant via Line but nothing has changed.
I’m not sure wether to approach directly? I think it’s a Thai guy. Pretty big and built too. Doesn’t look too approachable :/
I also know Thai’s hate to lose face etc so not sure how they will take it or if they will even bother changing their habits.
