For the end of the Thailand section of my trip, I was planning to take a bus to Nang Rong to see phanom rung. Spend the night in Nang Rong. Then my plan is to head to Siem Reap in Cambodia (maybe checking out Ta Phraya National Park on the way).
Google is telling my only bus options are to head back to Bangkok and then take the bus from there, but that’s the other direction.
Are there local buses I can take – for example to the border town with Krong Poi Pet – and what websites would I use to search for them? Or is the only way to go that way basically hiring a driver/renting a car?
