Nai yang, getting around.

My wife and I are gonne be in Nai yang resort in a few days and we’re kind of scared as to how we’re gonna get around in phuket. It seems that grab/bolt/taxis are not gonna want to take us from there to patong/old town/wat chalong according to what I’ve seen on reddit lately.

The travel agency we used in France assured us that there would be no trouble since there are a lot of taxis there. What do you think ? Is it possible to go spend days/night in these places and come back to the hotel without a hitch ? How would you go about it ?
